Mission

We are an international seed company specializing in R&D, production, industrial processing, and commercial business across more than 40 species on five continents.

Our Group is strengthening its project governance to support its strategic development, particularly through acquisitions in its international seeds activity. In this context, we are looking for a Transversal PMO f/m/d to structure, manage, and oversee the group-wide project portfolio.


Main Responsibilities :

Project Portfolio Management :

  • Centralize, prioritize, and monitor the group’s strategic and cross-functional projects (post-merger integration, digital transformation, process optimization, etc.)
  • Ensure alignment of the project portfolio with the company's strategic roadmap


Project Governance and Methodology :

  • Define and continuously improve project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid)
  • Establish and animate governance bodies (steering committees, decision boards, project reporting)

 

Support to Project Managers and Business Units :

  • Provide methodological, organizational, and operational support for project scoping, launch, and execution
  • Foster project management maturity across the organization through tools, training, and best practices


Change Management :

  • Actively support teams in adopting new tools, methods, and organizational structures introduced by strategic projects

 

Post-Acquisition Integration :

  • Structure and coordinate integration plans for newly acquired entities (IT systems, processes, HR, corporate culture, etc.)
  • Monitor impacts, risks, and benefits related to integration activities

Profile

  • Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, or university with a specialization in project management.
  • 8 to 12 years of proven experience in project portfolio management and/or PMO roles, ideally in an international and multi-business environment.
  • Strong skills in cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • Proficiency in portfolio management tools
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and deliver results.
  • Fluent in English
