Mission
- Au sein de son équipe de ventes de semences, vous assurez la promotion et le développement commercial de l'offre variétale proposée par RAGT auprès des prescripteurs, institutionnels et agriculteurs de la région.
- Vous développez nos parts de marché en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités grâce à une analyse approfondie du potentiel marché et à une prospection commerciale ciblée auprès de clients existants ou nouveaux sur votre secteur;.
- Vous construisez l'environnement commercial multi-espèces en rencontrant les acteurs clés;
- Vous assistez les différents intervenants dans la négociation du cadre contractuel, avec le soutien de nos experts techniques et métiers;
- Vous veillez à la satisfaction continue de nos prospects et clients.
Profile
- Vous préparez un diplôme de Niveau Bac+3 à Bac+5 en école Agri/Agro avec une spécialisation commerciale
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et avec un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
- Vous avez le goût du terrain et une aisance relationnelle avérée
- Maîtrise du Pack Office
